Chicken Pox can get real uncomfortable. Here are
some things you can use to feel better and stop itching.
- Calamine Lotion - This
traditional chicken pox treatment still works well. Just dab the lotion on
the spots to relieve itching.
- Oatmeal Bath - Oatmeal is
very soothing on itchy skin. Just dump some Old Fashioned oatmeal into the
bathtub and soak for as long as you want.
- Make a tea of Burdock
root and Peppermint. (These can be found at a health food store) Add the tea
to a bath and soak. Both of these herbs will soothe irritated skin.
